Meet the Founders
Chad Shimaitis
Following a 21-year career as an energy executive, Chad transitioned his professional focus to custom construction. A lifelong outdoorsman and Port Aransas resident since 2003, he is dedicated to building homes that allow other families to enjoy the coastal lifestyle he loves.
Peter Young
The son of a U.S. Navy Seabee, Peter grew up in the construction trade. His background is uniquely coastal; he holds a Master’s degree in Fisheries and Mariculture and has served as a professional offshore boat captain. Today, he applies that logistical precision and local knowledge to his role as a general contractor and consultant.
